Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Coverage: DRACO London offers a lifetime warranty on all watches & bracelets purchased directly from our store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

  2. Exclusions: The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or alterations made to the product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to the straps or bracelets and to batteries, as is customary in the watch industry.

  3. Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@draco-london.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation if we are not able to identify your order.

  4. Evaluation and Replacement: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will assess the product via photos/videos provided to determine if the issue is covered under the lifetime warranty. If the defect is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, we will provide a replacement product of equal or similar value. If the product has obvious signs of misuse we can accept to replace your product for 50% off the original price + the shipping and handling fee. Because we care.

  5. Customer Responsibility: If a product replacement is accepted under the lifetime warranty, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling fees associated with the replacement, and this is a flat rated fee (10₤ for UK and 20₤ internationally). 

  6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as determined by DRACO London. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  7. Modification of Terms: DRACO London reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty at any time without prior notice.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
